My education and experience are related to psychological trauma and mental health. I have over 20 years of experience in mental health, including more than 15 years in private clinical practice. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, I have remained in Kyiv and have been working with victims from day one, both individually and in groups.

I run the Telegram channel “Psychotrauma of War”, regularly give lectures, develop original training programs, and lead an intervision group. In June 2023, I founded the Institute of Psychological Trauma of War.

Since 2024, I have been a PhD candidate researching the psychological resilience of military personnel in the context of intergenerational trauma. I developed an educational and therapeutic course, “Psychotherapy for Transgenerational Trauma,” and adapted the Historical Intergenerational Trauma Transmission Questionnaire (HITT-Q) for use in Ukraine.
